We keep your company account, assessments, answers and reports for as long as you use BALTUM. If there is no activity in your account (no sign-in and no work on an assessment) for 24 months, your data is permanently deleted.
30 days before deletion we send a warning to the email address of the account. Signing in once is enough to keep your data: the retention period then starts again from your last activity.
After deletion, your data may remain in our encrypted backup copies for up to 12 months, after which those copies are deleted automatically. Backups are used only to restore the service after a failure. If we ever restore the service from a backup, data that was deleted before the restore is deleted again.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; it does not depend on the retention period.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We may use third-party services (such as AI providers for generating recommendations) to process your data. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
